Shipping destinations
Honey District ships within the United States.
Shipping method and charges
We ship orders using UPS and charge a flat shipping rate of $30 per order. The shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment verification and confirmation of item availability. Order processing time is separate from UPS transit time.
For a current processing and delivery estimate, or if you need an item by a specific date, contact honeydistrict@icloud.com before placing your order.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide your UPS tracking number using the contact information associated with your order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.
Delivery estimates and delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. UPS service disruptions, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship within a promised shipment time, we will notify you and offer the opportunity to accept a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund, as required by applicable law. When no shipment time is stated, applicable legal shipment requirements still apply.
Shipping addresses
Please verify your shipping address and contact information before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error, email honeydistrict@icloud.com immediately with your order number and the corrected information. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect orders
If your package is missing, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact honeydistrict@icloud.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Include clear photos of the item and packaging when relevant.
If UPS tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact us so we can investigate with UPS and assist with an appropriate resolution.

Las Vegas appointments
In-person shopping in Las Vegas is available by confirmed appointment only.
Message @honeydistrictlv on Instagram or email honeydistrict@icloud.com to arrange an appointment. Confirm your appointment, meeting details, and item availability before traveling.
Final sales
All sales are final for change of mind, sizing, fit, or personal preference.
This policy does not exclude assistance for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered orders, or limit rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
