Welcome to Honey District. These Terms of Service apply to your use of shophoneydistrict.com and purchases from our store. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Honey District.

- PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Honey District offers streetwear, sneakers, jewelry, and accessories. Products, sizes, prices, and availability may change.
Please review each item’s description, condition, photos, and sizing information before purchasing. Colors may appear different depending on your screen. If you have questions about an item, contact us before placing your order.
Brand names and trademarks belonging to other companies remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not, by itself, indicate an affiliation or endorsement.
- ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and be authorized to use the payment method you select.
Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, a material listing error, unsuccessful payment verification, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled order.
If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you about the correction before proceeding or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
- PRICES AND CHARGES
Prices are displayed on our website. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Price changes do not change the agreed price of an order we have already accepted unless you agree to a correction.
- FINAL SALES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, fit, or personal preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, contact honeydistrict@icloud.com promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Our final-sale policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer shipping within the United States. Review the shipping options, charges, and any stated processing or delivery estimates before completing your purchase.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an address error. Changes may not be possible after shipment.
If we cannot ship within the promised shipment time, we will notify you and provide the opportunity to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund, as required by applicable law. If no shipment time is stated, applicable legal shipment requirements still apply.
If a package is missing, damaged, or marked delivered but has not been received, contact honeydistrict@icloud.com so we can investigate and assist with an appropriate resolution.
- SHOPPING BY APPOINTMENT
In-person shopping in Las Vegas is by confirmed appointment only.
To request an appointment, message @honeydistrictlv on Instagram or email honeydistrict@icloud.com. Confirm the appointment, meeting details, and item availability before traveling. An appointment request is not a confirmed booking.
- WEBSITE USE
Do not use our website for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation. Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, or introduce harmful software.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content owned by Honey District, including our original branding, text, and designs, may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party content and trademarks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.
- RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services. Purchases from this store are transactions directly between you and Honey District.
Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the sales between you and Honey District, including injuries, damages, or losses resulting from purchases. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from those purchases and transactions. This provision does not exclude any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
